In carrying out its functions, the duties and responsibilities of the Company’s Governance Committee are as follows :

• Information Technology development plans that are in line with the Company’s business activities;
• formulation of Information Technology policies and procedures;
• the suitability of the approved Information Technology project with the Information Technology development plan;
• the suitability of the implementation of the Information Technology project with the approved Information Technology project;
• the suitability of Information Technology with the needs of the management information system and the needs of the Company’s business activities;
• the effectiveness of risk mitigation on the Company’s investment in the Information Technology sector so that the Company’s investment in the Information Technology sector contributes to the achievement of the Company’s business objectives;
• monitoring of Information Technology performance and efforts to improve Information Technology performance;
• efforts to resolve various problems related to Information Technology that cannot be solved by the work unit of users and Information Technology providers effectively, efficiently, and on time; and
• the adequacy and allocation of Information Technology resources owned by the Company.
