The Principles of Corporate Governance of PT Sinar Mas Multifinance

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a value system that is a benchmark for the Company’s ability to carry out operational activities and business processes in a healthy manner. Key aspects of GCG, such as regulatory compliance, information disclosure and organizational management, are reflected in PT Sinar Mas Multifinance.
 
This guideline was made by referring to the governance guidelines issued by the Financial Services Authority, especially the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number POJK 48 of 2024 concerning Good Corporate Governance for Finance Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions.
