The Company conducts CSR activities of Responsibility to Consumers through the procurement of consumer complaint services. This is done as a form of the Company’s responsibility for the non-conformity of the Company’s activities carried out by the Company’s employees that are detrimental to consumers. The Company’s form of consumer complaint service is delivered through the Company’s various media, namely :

Consumer complaint services are conducted by telephone at 021-31902888 and are carried out through the call center at 0800-1588-588 where consumers can speak directly with consumer complaint service officers to submit consumer complaints. - Activities
Consumer complaint services can be carried out through the Company’s website, namely www.simasfinance. co.id, where there is a special form for complaints that can be filled out by consumers, besides that consumers can also submit their complaints and complaints via email: simascare@simasfinance.co.id - Social Media
Social media services can be carried out directly by consumers so that information needs regarding financing products and complaints can be directly submitted online.
With these media facilities, it shows that the Company continues to care and show social responsibility by increasing the evaluation of service improvement for services provided to consumers..
