In an effort to provide information and services to the public, and in accordance with OJK Regulation No.35/ POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, the Company continues to actively strive to communicate with stakeholders, carry out secretarial activities related to the submission of management reports and carry out the main duties of the Corporate Secretary. As for the implementation of his duties, the Corporate Secretary is tasked with :

1. Follow the development of the capital market, especially the applicable regulations in the field of capital market and socialize them to the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors and the Company’s stakeholders.
2. Provide services to the public for any information regarding the Company’s condition.
3. Provide input to the Company to comply with the provisions of Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and its implementing regulations.
4. As a liaison between the Company and the authorities (Financial Services Authority, IDX and others) and the public.
