Committees
Audit Committee
The Board of Commissioners has established the Company’s Audit Committee where the position of the audit committee is expected to be able to improve the quality of the Company’s internal supervision and be able to optimize the checks and balances mechanism. This Audit Committee will be accountable to the Board of Commissioners in order to assist in carrying out the duties and functions of the Board of Commissioners.
Risk Management Committee
The Risk Management Committee is a supporting body established to identify, assess, manage, and monitor risks faced by the Company. The primary objective of the Committee is to ensure that such risks are managed effectively, enabling the Company to better achieve its business objectives.
Remuneration & Nomination Committee
The Board of Commissioners has established the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“KNR”) which is tasked with assisting the Board of Commissioners in carrying out the duties and supervisory functions related to the nomination and remuneration system for members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in accordance with applicable regulations.
Risk Oversight Committee
The Risk Oversight Committee is a supporting body established to enhance the quality of supervision and advisory functions of the Board of Commissioners in relation to the Company’s Risk Management. The Board of Commissioners has established the Risk Oversight Committee, which is responsible to the Board of Commissioners for assisting in carrying out its supervisory duties related to risk monitoring performed by the Board of Directors.
Information Technology Steering Committee
The Information Technology Steering Committee is formed and is responsible to the Board of Commissioners in helping to carry out the duties and functions of the Board of Commissioners, especially for supervisory functions related to Information Technology.
Sharia Business Activities Product and Development Committee
Komite Produk dan Pengembangan Kegiatan Usaha Syariah dibentuk dan bertanggung jawab kepada Dewan Direksi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi atas kegiatan usaha berdasarkan prinsip Syariah.
