The amendment has been received and recorded by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as evidenced in the Letter of Receipt of Notification of Amendment to the Articles of Association number AHU-AH.01.03-0138730 dated November 8, 2023 regarding the change in Increase in Issued/Paid-Up Capital which has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with decision number AHU-0224167.AH.01.11.YEAR 2023 dated November 8, 2023.
